Your mission 

• You will join a Data team composed of a BI architect, BI analysts, Data experts, BI developers and Data Visualization specialists. 
• You will work closely with business experts, Product Owners, BI developers and Data Visualization Engineers to proactively and continuously deliver reliable, relevant decisional solutions. 
• You help the Data team maximise its impact: understand business challenges and industry needs, communicate this vision to your team, identify opportunities, and define the objectives for your domain. 
• You take part in organising workshops with business experts and end-users to gather, challenge and formalise their needs. 
• You develop concise and clear functional analyses, User Stories and acceptance criteria to discuss with the development team. 
• You support users in adopting new solutions and in continuous improvement, by taking part in testing and validation, and by communicating regularly and proactively to support change. 
• You will identify and implement other initiatives that seem relevant to you, in order to propose effective solutions for the business (data model, semantic layer, process, etc.). 
• You will be able to integrate into the client’s environment and be sensitive to the dynamics between teams and business domains. 

Your profile

• You are a team player with the skills to translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions for your team, and you like to stimulate exchange within the team to facilitate development. 
• You communicate fluently in French, both orally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and have a good working knowledge of English.
• You like to get regular feedback from the different stakeholders of the project. The role of privileged contact/mediator for your domain suits you well. 
• Experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset. 
• You have experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 
• You have strong SQL skills, including analytical functions (Window Functions, CTEs, advanced aggregations…), and a good knowledge of Power BI (data modelling and semantic layer). 
• You have good knowledge of decisional modelling (Kimball, star schema) and Data Warehouse architectures.
