Your role
Want to grow as a Scrum Master within an agile environment, in a passionate team while contributing to the agile transformation in a public administration? 🚀
Your missions
- Leading Scrum events on a daily basis and facilitating collaboration within the team.
- Coaching the team in adopting agile values and practices.
- Help the team and the PO to focus on business value.
- Identifying problems and organising workshops to find solutions.
- Manage tensions and foster good relations within the team.
- Promote the continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Share your expertise through peer-coaching with other Scrum Masters.
- Participate in the Scrum Masters guild.
- Support cross-functional initiatives around employee well-being.
Your profile
- You are results-oriented, and collaboration and taking initiatives stimulate you every day.
- You have an excellent command of French and a passive understanding of English.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience in the Belgian public sector is an asset.
