Since 2017, 5th floor has been developing tailor-made solutions, designed with and for their users.
Our story
In 2017, the founders, joined by a dozen or so consultants, created 5th floor. The common vision is clear: tailor-made development must rhyme with agility, efficiency and must be societal.
Today, Vincent Warnimont, Luc Vansteenkiste, Gilles Stragier and Evert Penninckx are at the head of a structure that has 130 employees, divided equally between employees and freelancers, mainly developers and analysts.
Specialising in supporting companies and public institutions in their digital transformation, 5th floor relies on solid expertise in the public sector to develop solutions with a societal impact.
The company is distinguished by a strong commitment to people: a collaborative approach, transparent communication, agile delivery of features, all in the search for a balance between performance and the well-being of our employees.
