Hun workshop stelt een simpele vraag met ongemakkelijke implicaties: wanneer een team stopt met samenwerken, wat kost dat dan eigenlijk, en hoe begin je het weer op te bouwen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De workshop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De sessie heet \u201cWat kost het om niet samen te werken: onze teamreparatiestudio\u201d. Kortom, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journeesagiles.com\/schedule\/2026-mai-quest-ce-que-ca-coute-de-ne-pas-collaborer-notre-kit-de-reparation-dequipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Wat kost het om niet samen te werken? Onze team-reparatieset<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is opgebouwd als een werksessie, geen lezing. Deelnemers zullen tijd besteden aan het leren hoe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lees de relationele dynamiek die door elk team loopt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herken hun eigen beschermingsreflexen en leer ermee omgaan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herbouw de samenwerking zonder te vervallen in machtsstrijd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Het format staat open voor iedereen die ge\u00efnteresseerd is in teamprestaties: Scrum Masters, agile coaches, HR-managers, teamleiders, of iedereen die een team heeft zien vastlopen en zich afvroeg waarom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Waarom dit onderwerp ertoe doet voor ons<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al bijna tien jaar werkt 5th floor samen met Belgische overheidsinstanties aan IT-modernisering, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5thfloor.be\/nl\/oplossingen\/agile-coaching\/\" type=\"solutions\" id=\"181\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agile coaching<\/a>, en organisatorische transitie. E\u00e9n observatie komt bij elke opdracht terug: technologie blokkeert een project zelden op zichzelf. Wat projecten vertraagt, is wat er tussen mensen gebeurt. Communicatie die stilvalt. Bestuur dat vervaagt. Teams die zich terugtrekken als de druk toeneemt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is precies het gebied dat Florence en Quentin zullen verkennen tijdens Journ\u00e9e Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het weerspiegelt ook hoe we onze eigen opdrachten aanpakken. Onze agile coachingpraktijk begint niet met frameworks of tooling, maar met relaties, omdat geen enkele methode overeind blijft wanneer een team elkaar niet meer vertrouwt. Ons werk rond organisatorische transitie vertrekt vanuit hetzelfde principe: stapsgewijze verandering, verankerd in echte teamdynamiek, in plaats van een top-downtransformatie waarbij het risico bestaat dat mensen onderweg afhaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De workshop van 22 mei is een concrete uitwerking van die aanpak.
