{"id":3181,"date":"2026-07-30T10:52:48","date_gmt":"2026-07-30T08:52:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.5thfloor.be\/"},"modified":"2026-08-13T09:51:00","modified_gmt":"2026-08-13T07:51:00","slug":"business-development-manager-publieke-sector-h-v-x","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.5thfloor.be\/nl\/banen\/business-development-manager-publieke-sector-h-v-x\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Development Manager \u2013 Publieke Sector (H\/V\/X)\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jouw missie<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U ontwikkelt nieuwe zakelijke kansen binnen de Belgische publieke sector, waaronder federale, regionale en lokale overheden, intercommunales, OCMW's en openbare agentschappen, en verkoopt maatwerk softwareontwikkeling, applicatiemodernisering, ons Legacy for the Future (L4F) platform en IT-adviesdiensten.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U neemt de tijd om de missie, prioriteiten en beperkingen van elke klant te begrijpen voordat u zich engageert, waarbij u identificeert wie de toekomstige behoeften vormgeeft, om de expertise van 5th Floor te positioneren waar deze echt waarde kan toevoegen.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U opent deuren en bouwt een duurzaam netwerk op bij besluitvormers, be\u00efnvloeders en belanghebbenden bij inkoop, waarbij u vroegtijdig en ethisch te werk gaat om kansen vorm te geven ruim voordat aanbestedingen worden gepubliceerd.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U bouwt en beheert een portefeuille van 15 tot 25 waardevolle accounts, met een proactieve acquisitieaanpak, waarbij u beoordeelt welke kansen relevant en realistisch zijn voordat u tijd en moeite investeert.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je beheert de volledige commerci\u00eble cyclus vanaf het eerste contact tot het getekende contract, waarbij je lange verkooptrajecten van 12 tot 18 maanden met discipline en consistentie managet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U brengt uw klant inzicht en relatiekennis in offertes, en draagt zo bij aan go\/no-go beslissingen, terwijl u nauw samenwerkt met onze interne teams, waaronder product- en technologische experts, marketing, accountmanagers en oprichters.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jouw profiel<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je bent een ervaren professional op het gebied van bedrijfsontwikkeling met meer dan 8 jaar ervaring in de verkoop van IT-diensten en beschikt over een gevestigd netwerk binnen Belgische overheidsinstellingen op federaal, regionaal of lokaal niveau.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en afronden van B2B-projecten met een lange doorlooptijd, en je bent scherpzinnig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht, met een sterke drang om resultaten te boeken.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt ervaring met accountstrategie\u00ebn in de publieke sector, waarbij je gebruikmaakt van accountmapping en ABM-benaderingen, en je bent vertrouwd met gereguleerde aanbestedingscycli.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U heeft een degelijke commerci\u00eble kennis van IT-diensten, waaronder softwareontwikkeling, applicatiemodernisering, onderhoud, L4F en advisering.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U hanteert een adviserende verkoopaanpak, waarbij u de behoeften van de klant grondig in kaart brengt in plaats van louter te reageren op gestandaardiseerde aanbestedingen.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U weet hoe u deuren opent, vertrouwen opbouwt en geloofwaardig contact legt met besluitvormers, be\u00efnvloeders en operationele sponsors.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je opereert met echte autonomie op de markt, terwijl je op de juiste momenten intern afstemming zoekt, en je toont commerci\u00eble discipline en veerkracht bij het managen van lange cycli.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands; Engels is een extra werktaal.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Klaar om de uitdaging aan te gaan?
