{"id":1861,"date":"2025-11-05T10:43:35","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T09:43:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.5thfloor.be\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=1861"},"modified":"2025-11-05T13:45:34","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T12:45:34","slug":"agile-analist-h-f-x","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.5thfloor.be\/nl\/banen\/agile-analist-h-f-x\/","title":{"rendered":"Agile Analist (H \/ F \/ X)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uw missie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je komt terecht in een team dat bestaat uit Scrum Master, (proxy) PO, Agile Analyst en Developers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je werkt nauw samen met de (proxy) Product Owner, domeinexperts, eindgebruikers en het ontwikkelingsteam om proactief en continu applicaties te leveren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je helpt het ontwikkelingsteam om zijn impact te maximaliseren: je begrijpt de visie van de klant en de sector, communiceert deze visie aan je team, identificeert kansen, definieert doelstellingen en communiceert deze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je neemt deel aan het opzetten van workshops met eindgebruikers, experts en het ontwikkelingsteam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je ontwikkelt beknopte en duidelijke verhalen om te bespreken met het ontwikkelingsteam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je ondersteunt de klant bij verandermanagement, continue verbetering en de implementatie van nieuwe functies door: het verzamelen van statistieken over kwaliteit, gebruik en verwachte voordelen, mogelijke aanpassing van functionaliteiten, regelmatige en proactieve communicatie om verandering te ondersteunen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je identificeert en implementeert andere projecten die je relevant lijken om effectieve oplossingen voor de gebruiker voor te stellen (proces, model, enz.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je bent in staat om je te integreren in de omgeving van de klant en bent gevoelig voor de dynamiek tussen teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uw profiel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig en houdt ervan om vooruitgang te boeken en je aanpak te ontwikkelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt een resultaatgerichte mentaliteit. Samenwerken, analyseren, plannen, initiatieven nemen en verbeteren stimuleren je dagelijks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je bent een teamspeler met de vaardigheden om de visie en behoeften van de klant te vertalen naar je team, en je stimuleert graag de uitwisseling binnen je team om ontwikkeling te bevorderen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je communiceert vloeiend in het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zowel in een kleine kring als voor een groot publiek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je vindt het prettig om regelmatig feedback te krijgen van de verschillende belanghebbenden van het project. De rol van bemiddelaar\/tussenpersoon past goed bij je.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ervaring in de Belgische sociale zekerheid of publieke sector is een pluspunt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt ervaring in een Agile\/Scrum-ontwikkelingsteam (minimaal 5 jaar).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt een goede kennis van modellering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Klaar om de uitdaging aan te gaan?
