Leur atelier pose une question simple aux implications inconfortables : quand une \u00e9quipe cesse de collaborer, quel est le co\u00fbt r\u00e9el, et comment recommencer \u00e0 la reconstruire ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L'atelier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le workshop s'intitule \u201c Qu\u2019est-ce que \u00e7a co\u00fbte de ne pas collaborer : notre trousse d\u2019outils pour r\u00e9parer les \u00e9quipes \u201d. En gros, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.journeesagiles.com\/schedule\/2026-mai-quest-ce-que-ca-coute-de-ne-pas-collaborer-notre-kit-de-reparation-dequipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Quel est le co\u00fbt de la non-collaboration ? Notre trousse de r\u00e9paration d'\u00e9quipe<\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est con\u00e7ue comme une session de travail, pas comme une conf\u00e9rence. Les participants passeront du temps \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lire les dynamiques relationnelles qui traversent chaque \u00e9quipe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconna\u00eetre leurs propres r\u00e9flexes de protection, et trouver des moyens de les g\u00e9rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconstruire la collaboration sans tomber dans des luttes de pouvoir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le format est ouvert \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par la performance d'\u00e9quipe : Scrum Masters, coaches agiles, responsables des ressources humaines, chefs d'\u00e9quipe, ou toute personne ayant vu une \u00e9quipe s'enliser et s'\u00eatre demand\u00e9 pourquoi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pourquoi ce sujet est important \u00e0 nos yeux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis pr\u00e8s de dix ans, 5th floor accompagne les organismes du secteur public belge dans la modernisation informatique, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5thfloor.be\/fr\/solutions\/agile-coaching\/\" type=\"solutions\" id=\"181\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">coaching agile<\/a>, et la transition organisationnelle. Une observation revient \u00e0 chaque mission : la technologie bloque rarement un projet \u00e0 elle seule. Ce qui ralentit les projets, c'est ce qui se passe entre les gens. La communication qui se rompt. La gouvernance qui devient floue. Les \u00e9quipes qui se replient sur elles-m\u00eames lorsque la pression augmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C'est exactement le territoire que Florence et Quentin exploreront lors de la Journ\u00e9e Agile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela refl\u00e8te \u00e9galement la mani\u00e8re dont nous abordons notre propre travail. Notre pratique de coaching agile ne commence pas par des cadres ou des outils, elle commence par des relations, car aucune m\u00e9thode ne tient lorsque une \u00e9quipe a cess\u00e9 de se faire confiance. Notre travail de transition organisationnelle suit le m\u00eame principe : un changement progressif, ancr\u00e9 dans les dynamiques d'\u00e9quipe r\u00e9elles, plut\u00f4t qu'une transformation descendante qui risque de perdre des personnes en cours de route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'atelier du 22 mai est un extrait concret de cette approche.
